What does Strides for Strength offer?
Strides for Strength is more than just an online run coaching program—it’s a supportive community where runners of all levels can connect, find motivation, and get the tools they need to reach their goals. Whether you’re picking up running again after having kids, juggling a busy career, or training for your first marathon, Strides for Strength is here to meet you where you are.
Our mission is to make running enjoyable and accessible for everyone, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. We believe in the power of community, and we’ve created this space to share tips, stories, and expert advice to help you along the way.
Meet the Founders
We are Michaela and Erin, co-founders of Strides for Strength, a running community created from our own experiences with the sport. From Erin getting cut from the high school track team to Michaela receiving the pity clap at the state track meet, we both started off not loving running. Fast forward to today, and we’re multiple-time marathoners who have turned our passion for running into a way to help others.
Through Strides for Strength, we aim to help everyday athletes break through physical and mental plateaus. Our focus is not just on improving your running skills but on fostering a mindset that empowers you to embrace challenges on and off the run. We’ve seen firsthand how running can transform lives, and we want to help you go from saying “I could never” to proudly declaring, “I actually can, and I’m surprising myself every day.”
